Digital Dual Mode
Izod/Charpy Impact Strength

The QM750A digital impact tester measures plastic impact strength per different methods on one machine by swapping Izod and Charpy tooling. A high-performance digital indicator and high-precision digital optical sensor ensure stable measurement; angle resolution ±0.1°; Izod impact speed 3.5 m/s, Charpy 2.9 m/s; software linkage automatically calculates impact strength and stores/outputs reports.

From engineering plastics to automotive parts: the toughness of plastics under impact directly relates to product safety. Izod cantilever and Charpy simply-supported are two classic plastic impact-strength methods; dual mode completes them on one machine, with a high-precision, repeatable digital optical sensor.

Designed for plastic impact evaluation: dual-mode pendulum plus digital sensing; ASTM D256 / ISO 180 impact testing.
