Izod/Charpy Dual Mode
Plastic Impact-Strength Testing

The QM700A dual-digital impact tester measures plastic impact strength per different methods on one machine by swapping Izod and Charpy tooling. A high-performance digital indicator and high-precision optical sensor give ±0.1° angle resolution; Izod impact speed 3.5 m/s ±10%, Charpy 2.9 m/s ±10%; the software automatically calculates impact strength and stores/outputs reports.

From engineering plastics to modified materials: impact strength is a core indicator of material toughness. The Izod cantilever and Charpy simply-supported methods cover different material test needs; dual digital sensors ensure stable, repeatable measurement.

Designed for plastic impact-toughness evaluation: Izod/Charpy dual mode plus digital sensing, compliant with ASTM D256 / ISO 180.
