Plastic-Foam Horizontal Burning
Dedicated HBF Flame-Retardancy Test
The QM500HWF foam burning tester uses a wing Bunsen burner for uniform flame temperature and height, measuring the burning-spread characteristics of polystyrene, polyurethane foam, insulation boards and plastic foam. It meets KS M ISO 9772, ASTM D1692, ASTM D4986 and UL 94 HBF foam-material test requirements.
From building insulation boards to packaging foam - plastic foam burns fast with heavy smoke, making it a key flame-retardant material in construction and packaging. The wing Bunsen burner simulates the actual burning state of foam, and the exhaust chamber prevents burning gases from polluting the lab.
Designed for plastic-foam flame-retardancy evaluation - wing Bunsen burner plus exhaust, compliant with UL 94 HBF.
