Air-Vent Thermal Aging Oven
ISO 188 Standard Model

The QM240S air-vent aging oven is built to ISO 188 for hot-air aging of plastics and rubber and measuring property changes under sustained exposure. It exhausts periodically and keeps reaching air speed uniform (0.5 m/s ± 0.25) to avoid secondary contamination. Range RT~400 °C; color LCD with digital PID; detachable rack at 3~8 rpm.

From rubber seals to plastic parts - gases released during aging can skew results; the air-vent design exhausts them periodically to ensure accurate, repeatable aging. ISO 188 is the international standard for rubber hot-air aging.

Designed for standardized aging - air vent plus uniform air speed, ISO 188 rubber-aging compliant.
