Polymer Melt Extrusion
Laboratory Small-Scale Sample Molder

The QM1201 polymer specimen tester heats and melts plastic and rubber and injects it into molds to make standard specimens. Driven by a pneumatic extrusion cylinder with interchangeable molds and adjustable heating temperature and pressing time; melt capacity 125 cc (max. extrusion 300 cc), temperature RT~300°C, stroke up to 250 mm, platen size 180×180 mm.

From formulation R&D to standard specimens: new-material R&D requires melting and pressing small amounts of polymer into standard specimens for mechanical testing. A small extruder uses little material, changes color easily, and controls temperature and pressure; it is a dedicated instrument for polymer-lab formulation screening and sample preparation.

Designed for polymer sample preparation: melt extrusion plus mold exchange for small laboratory specimens.
