Shore A/C/D/F Series

GS-Model Shore Durometer

The GS series Shore durometer (TECLOCK, Japan) drives a standard indenter into the specimen under a defined load, and hardness is read from the indentation depth. Shore A/C/D/F models are available to suit soft rubber, hard plastics, sponge and foam.

Indenter travel and presser-foot contact follow the standard test force at a constant rate, giving high reading repeatability and comparable hardness results across rubber/plastic specimens.

For quick Shore hardness checks of rubber, plastics and elastomers on the shop floor or in the lab; readings are stable and repeatable.

Shore Durometer Series
Hardness Measurement for Rubber, Plastics and Sponge

The GS series Shore durometer measures the hardness of rubber, plastics and sponge by driving an indenter into the material under a defined load. Shore A, C, D and F models are available; select the scale by material hardness. The clear dial reads directly with 1-degree minimum divisions, economical and practical.

From soft sponge to hard plastics - Shore A suits medium-hardness rubber, Shore D suits hard plastics and hard rubber, Shore O/OO suits soft sponge/foam, and Shore F suits soft films. Choosing the right scale for each hardness range, it is the most common hand-held hardness tool in material workshops and labs.

Purpose-built for material hardness measurement - multi-scale Shore A/C/D/F hand-held durometer.
