GS-615 Durometer Constant Load Stand

The GS-615 is a constant load stand for use with Shore durometers (TECLOCK, Japan). It adopts an air-damped load-control system and fixes each durometer model through a multi-function adapter, applying a uniform pressure at the standard-specified load to eliminate manual pressing error.

The indenter penetration and presser-foot contact move at a steady, controlled speed for high reading repeatability; combined with the specified dwell time, it ensures consistent Shore-hardness measurements.

For rapid Shore A hardness testing of rubber, elastomers and soft plastics; the matched standard test stand improves measurement consistency.

Key Product Features

Hardness Testing - authoritative research validating the key role of Shore/Rockwell hardness in mechanical evaluation of materials

Air-Damped Loading

Air-damped load control lowers the indenter pin smoothly and at a constant speed for good data repeatability.

Multi-Function Adapter

One set of adapters fits Shore A/B/C/E/O durometers, for quick changeover.

Eliminates Manual Error

Constant-load pressure replaces hand pressing, avoiding data scatter caused by varying pressing force.

Standard Load 1 kg

A/B/C/E types ship with the standard 1 kg load; a 4 kg weight is optional for type D.

Manual Handle

Manual handle operation in a compact body of 180×180×423 mm.

Rubber Durometer Constant Load Stand
Standardized Shore-Hardness Measurement

The GS-615 rubber durometer constant load stand measures rubber hardness with a durometer under the loads specified by JIS standards. Its air-damped load-control system, paired with the multi-function adapter, delivers uniform and stable data. Manually operated with a standard 1 kg load (for A/B/C/E durometers), it accepts a 4 kg weight for type D and is compatible with Shore A/B/C/E/O durometers.

From rubber seals to rubber rollers - handheld durometers suffer inconsistent pressure that causes measurement bias. The constant load stand guarantees the same downward force and speed every time; the air damper cushions impact for good data reproducibility. It is the standard accessory for hardness quality control in rubber plants.

Designed for rubber hardness measurement - constant load stand plus air damping for standardized Shore testing.
