Linear Reciprocating Wear
Electronic-Surface Durability Test

The QM680L linear wear tester applies linear reciprocating abrasion to contact-rubbing surfaces such as electronic-device housings, films, automotive interior parts and TV/phone screens, evaluating surface wear durability. The adjustable load is up to 2 kgf (±1% accuracy), stroke up to 140 mm, rubbing speed 5~120 cpm, up to 3 channels in parallel, with a 7-inch color touch screen.

From phone housings to automotive interiors - product surfaces are repeatedly rubbed in daily use, and wear resistance directly affects appearance durability. 3-channel parallel testing is efficient with auto stop and return, complying with the Hyundai/Kia MS automotive-interior and surface-wear test standards.

Designed for surface-wear evaluation - linear reciprocation plus 3-channel parallel testing; MS automotive-standard-compliant.
