Flexible-Foam Reciprocating Compression
Durability & Resilience Evaluation

The QM600 foam reciprocating compression tester repeatedly compresses standard flexible-polyurethane-foam specimens used in automotive seats, chairs, memory foam and mattresses, evaluating permanent set and resilience after repeated compression. The low-noise, low-vibration digital servo motor and 400x400 mm perforated plate suit standard foam specimens; the anti-rotation plate prevents specimen twisting.

From automotive seats to mattresses - foam deformation after long-term use directly affects comfort and service life. Reciprocating compression testing simulates daily repeated use and is a standard durability test in the furniture and automotive-interior industries.

Designed for foam durability evaluation - reciprocating compression plus anti-rotation plate; ASTM D3574-compliant testing.
