Key Product Features

Ultra-precision micro-load design built for light, small samples such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, paper and tissue

Ultra-Precision Micro-Load

For micro-load specimens such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and paper - forces as low as millinewton level are still stably resolved.

Ultra-High-Resolution Force Measurement

Load resolution better than 0.002%, capturing faint force changes of soft and tiny samples.

Ultra-High-Speed Raw Data

High-speed sampling at 150~240 p/sec fully records force/displacement transient response and release-force curves.

Compact Benchtop Body

A 450x350x870 mm benchtop design with a small footprint - set it on any lab bench and go.

Dedicated Micro Grips

Dedicated grips for skin tissue, injection needles, poultice-patch release force and hydrogels - quick exchange without losing coaxial alignment.

Millinewton-Scale Micro-Load
Ultra-Precision Materials Testing

The QM100SS ultra-precision micro-load universal testing machine is designed for micro-load specimens such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, paper and tissue, skin tissue, injection needles, tape/poultice-patch release force and hydrogels. With load resolution better than 0.002% F.S., crosshead speed continuously adjustable from 0.1 to 600 mm/min and ultra-high-speed acquisition at 150~240 points/sec, it delivers high-accuracy, reproducible measurement of millinewton-scale forces.

From medical-tape adhesion to skin-tissue tension - when the test object weighs only a few grams, a conventional UTM lacks the resolution. A compact benchtop body with dedicated micro grips allows quick soft-sample exchange, and RS232C data output meets micro-load R&D and QC needs.

Designed for millinewton-scale micro-load testing - 0.002% resolution plus micro grips for high-accuracy measurement of soft samples.
