Benchtop UTM
Plastic/Composite Tension & Flexure

The QM100TM benchtop UTM is for tension and flexure testing of plastics and composites, especially high-elongation, high-elasticity specimens. Largest-in-class 450 mm column spacing, a high-rigidity semi-monocoque structure (light yet stiff), speed control 0.1~600 mm/min, 950 mm effective travel, and load resolution better than 0.02%.

From elastomers to composite sheets - high-elongation materials need long-travel test space. The benchtop machine has a small footprint yet long travel, and the semi-monocoque structure adds rigidity while cutting weight. It suits plastics, elastomers and composites requiring large-deformation tests, all on the bench.

Designed for plastic/elastomer testing - a long-travel benchtop plus wide column spacing for tension/flexure mechanical evaluation.
