QM2000R Automatic Rolling Adhesive Tester

The QM2000R is an automatic adhesive specimen-prep instrument that replaces hand application with constant-speed rolling to batch-prepare peel and holding test strips - standardized prep for adhesive labs. Designed and made in Korea by QMESYS, standards-compliant, exported to 90+ countries.

Adjustable constant speed 1~600 mm/min, 300 mm stroke, max. 4 channels (2 kg), BLDC drive; uniform application pressure and speed with no human fluctuation.

Compliant with KS T 1028/T 1046/T 1056; body 380×550×300 mm for efficient standardized prep of peel/holding specimens of double-sided, foam and film tape.

The QM2000R automatic rolling tester drives a standard roller with a BLDC motor to roll tape specimens onto a SUS panel at constant load and speed, preparing standard peel/holding specimens. A 2 kg roller is standard (850 g light option), speed 5~600 mm/min, stroke 300 mm, up to 4 channels.

From peel strength to holding power - specimen-prep consistency directly determines data comparability. Automatic rolling eliminates hand-roller variation, so every specimen is laminated identically - standard equipment for high-quality adhesive labs.
