Manual Specimen Cutter
Die Cutting of Standard Dumbbell Specimens

The QM130N manual specimen cutter makes standard test pieces per ASTM/ISO/KS/JIS/DIN and other international standards: swap specification dies to cut specimens of various materials. Manually operated, plate size 200×180 mm, overall 255×315×420 mm; precisely cuts MD/CD specimens and prevents operator-caused dimensional error.

From small-batch lab work to standard specimens - the manual blanking machine needs no air supply, takes little space and costs little, suiting labs with moderate specimen volume. Swap dies to make dumbbell, rectangle, tear and other standard specimens; clean cut edges ensure accurate data.

Designed for small-batch preparation - manual die blanking with swappable dies for standard-specimen preparation.
